Summer Hours: Tuesdays 9:00am-12:00pm, and Saturdays 10:00am-2:00pm
Fall and Spring Hours: Saturdays 10:00am - 2:00pm
Located in the West Beach Boathouse, our community bike shop provides access to bike repairs for the youth in our community. The community bike shop program empowers local youth with the opportunity to learn how to repair and maintain bicycles. Youth gain hands-on experience working with professional tools, practicing techniques to problem solve on-the-go and keep their bikes in working order. All bike shop maintenance responsibilities are carried out by our youth and staff, led by Bill Trimble, our skilled Bike Shop Manager. Another component of our bike shop is we offer a limited supply of used bikes for youth! These bikes are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to get yours soon.
